Summer Camp Info
ALL SCOUTS AND ADULTS must complete the Health Form Parts A, B, and C. Part C requires a trip to the doctor.
Any scout that has been to a BOY scout summer camp before, needs to submit the merit badge selection form to Mr. Jarosz as soon as possible. Here is the form, and here is the instructions.
